How many Soft Energy Bites should you use per hour? 

Blue Nana Soft Energy Bites are ideal as an energy booster before and during physical and mental exertion. For intensive or prolonged exertion, we recommend an average of 60 – 80 grams of carbohydrates per hour (1 bite = 11 g carbohydrates). In combination with 500 ml of sports drink, you should consume approximately 3 energy blocks per hour. Adequate hydration promotes the absorption and metabolism of carbohydrates.
