When to use Blue Nana Energy Sports Drink?
Before exercise (15 – 30 min):
Drink 250 ml before exercise to provide your body with sufficient fluid, energy, and electrolytes.
During exertion:
We recommend drinking at least 500 ml of sports drink per hour. In hot weather or dry air, we recommend drinking at least 750 ml of sports drink per hour.
