Order Processing

We process orders every business day. If you order before 2:00 PM (CET), we will ship your order on the same business day. If you order after 2:00 PM, your package will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with your Track & Trace code.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all countries within the European Union. If your country is not listed in the checkout, but you still wish to place an order, please contact our customer service. We're happy to help you find a solution.

Delivery Times

Delivery time within the Netherlands and Germany is usually 1–2 business days. For other EU countries, the average delivery time is between 2 and 4 business days, depending on the distance from the Netherlands.

Around holidays, it may be busier with carriers, and your package might take a little longer to arrive. Please check your Track & Trace for the most current delivery information.

Not at Home

Are you not at home during delivery? In the Netherlands, your package is usually taken to the nearest PostNL service point, where it will remain for 7 days. After this period, the package will be returned, and we will charge new shipping costs. So, pick up your package on time to keep your flow going smoothly.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation, a Track & Trace link, and information about the carrier. This way, you can track your package at any time.

Returns

You can return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and the packaging is intact. The return costs are for your own account.

After we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible via the payment method you used for the purchase.

If you wish to return something, please contact our customer service first. We will guide you step by step to make it as simple as possible for you.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned because the delivery address is incorrect or because the package was not picked up at a collection point, we will charge new shipping costs. Therefore, always double-check your address details before ordering.
