What does Blue Nana stand for?

Our mission is to make sports nutrition simple, effective, and hassle-free. It should make exercising comfortable and get you into a flow—a feeling you'll want to hold on to forever.

Simple is the key. Clear language, short ingredients list, good packaging, easy to use.

What does “Feed your Flow” mean?

We believe that a good energy flow contributes to a better and more comfortable life. The more vital people are, the better the world.

It feels good to inspire as many people as possible to live more energetically and vitally. That's good for ourselves, our children, and our community.

We believe that the energy flow doesn't stop at the finish line and that there is also room for a nice flow before and after exercise.


Where is Blue Nana located?


Blue Nana is located in the renovated Nedinsco factory (1920) on the Maas River in Venlo. This beautiful historic building (Bauhaus style) was once used for the production of lenses, periscopes, and night vision goggles. It was renovated into an office building in 2013.
The Blue Nana office is located on the second floor. You're welcome to visit the Nedinsco Tower and enjoy fantastic views of Venlo and the Maas River.

What is the advantage of a Dutch company?


Blue Nana is part of Good Life International bv, a Dutch company and 100% owned by its founder/owner. We are passionate about sports and nutrition and have over 30 years of knowledge and experience in the Dutch sports nutrition market. We cherish customer relationships and are happy to share knowledge and experience in your preferred language.

How is Blue Nana different from other vitality brands?

Is Blue Nana scientifically proven?

Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured within the EU according to strict safety and quality standards. We work exclusively with certified laboratories and reliable suppliers, ensuring you always receive safe and high-quality functional food.

Are the ingredients natural, vegan or gluten-free?

We choose natural and plant-based ingredients whenever possible. Each product clearly lists allergens, vegan status, and purity. This way, you can immediately see what suits your lifestyle and what doesn't.

Are the products suitable for daily use?

Yes, provided you follow the recommended daily allowance. Our products are designed for safe, consistent use. Effects vary from person to person, depending on diet, lifestyle, and genetic factors.

What is the difference between functional foods and supplements?

Functional foods are foods with a targeted effect, for example, for energy, focus, or recovery. Supplements complement your daily diet. Blue Nana works with both, but always with clear ingredients and scientific substantiation.

Are your products safe?

Yes. All products are manufactured according to EU guidelines and tested for purity, stability, and safety. We use only ingredients with a clear safety profile and closely follow EFSA recommendations. No nonsense, no doubt.

Are the effects scientifically proven?

We only make claims that comply with European health claims. Some ingredients support energy or cognitive function, according to the EFSA. Other effects are promising but not yet fully proven. We always disclose these honestly.

Can I use products during pregnancy or while taking medication?

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, we always recommend consulting your doctor or specialist first. This isn't a medical decision we can make for you online.

What is your vision on health and science?

How long does shipping take?

Within the Netherlands, we usually deliver within 1–2 business days. To Belgium and Germany, we often deliver within 2–4 days. You'll always receive a track & trace code, so you know exactly where your package is.

Shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout. Often, with a minimum order amount, we ship free within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Can I track my package?

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with track & trace. You can track your package in real time.

Do you also ship to Belgium, Germany and the EU?

Yes, we ship to almost all EU countries. Delivery times vary by country and are automatically displayed at checkout.

What if my package is delayed?
